FAQs

Do Hisense TVs need a soundbar? ›

Once again, the usual answer to this question is No. Your Hisense TV will sound so good that you won't need a soundbar. Most of the Hisense TVs are compatible with a great audio output (Generally, 10W x 2/16W), and surround sound system.

Does Hisense soundbar have Dolby Atmos? ›

Features. Upgrade your audio experience with the AX5125H 5.1. 2 channel soundbar and wireless subwoofer. The AX5125H's 500 watts of sound fills the room with a 9-speaker array that also projects sound overhead, utilizing Dolby Atmos to create an immersive, surround sound experience.

How do you turn on the soundbar on a Hisense TV? ›

Plug the soundbar and the subwoofer into the mains sockets and then press on the unit or remote control to switch the unit to ON mode.

How does Hisense sound bar work? ›

With HDMI OUT (ARC), Hisense Sound bar can connect to your TVs through one single HDMI cable, and also connect wirelessly via Bluetooth. You can control both with one remote.

Do you really need a soundbar with a smart TV? ›

Because TVs are so thin nowadays, the speakers have to be quite small, which compromises sound quality. To experience TV audio the way it should be experienced — with clear dialogue and a more dynamic range — one of your best options is to invest in a soundbar for your TV.

Do I need a soundbar if my TV has Dolby Atmos? ›

If your smart TV is Dolby Atmos compatible, you don't have to use any other third-party source devices, as long as your smart TV's apps are also Dolby Atmos-capable. In this case, you'll use your TV's HDMI ARC/eARC port to connect to your AV receiver or soundbar's HDMI ARC/eARC port via an HDMI cable.

Why won't my TV play through my Soundbar? ›

Make sure the Soundbar is correctly plugged into the TV using the right cables (HDMI or Optical cable). To be sure, you can try to unplug and replug the HDMI or Optical cable again. Verify if the HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI port labelled ARC (Audio Return Channel) on the TV and the Soundbar.

Does Hisense have Roku built in? ›

Do soundbars turn on with TV? ›

The best way to connect your soundbar to your TV (when other devices are not part of your setup) is using an optical cable. One of the reasons why is because then you can use Auto Power Link. This feature turns your soundbar on when your TV turns on.

What is the purpose of a sound bar for a TV? ›

Soundbars excel in scenarios where your TV's built-in speakers fall short. When you're watching a movie, a soundbar can greatly improve the clarity of dialogue and create a more dynamic soundstage. Similarly, streaming music through your soundbar will make your favorite songs sound clearer, crisper, and more detailed.

Are soundbars worthwhile? ›

If you're into console gaming, or you're a movie buff, the power and sound quality of a soundbar will make all your entertainment sound and feel more exciting than your built-in TV speakers ever could. The short answer to the question “Is a soundbar worth it?” is yes.

How should I connect soundbar to TV? ›

On the back of your TV, look for the HDMI input slot labelled ARC (Audio Return Channel), or eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel). On the back of your sound bar, find the TV OUT (ARC) slot. Connect both slots with the HDMI cable.

How important is a soundbar for TV? ›

A soundbar is undoubtedly worth the investment if you're looking to upgrade your home entertainment experience. They offer superior audio quality, particularly in scenarios where TV speakers fall short.
