One player has visited over 900 different star systems in No Man's Sky, searching for the perfect Paradise Planet to build their base. This takes hours and hours of gameplay, often involving repeating the same process of scanning planets and jumping to the next system. This player shows extreme dedication in their quest for a Paradise Planet in No Man's Sky.

Paradise Planets are one of the rarer planet types in No Man's Sky. These planets don't have any hazardous weather that can cause damage, nor are there any harmful environmental attributes, like toxic or irradiated. The only danger a player can encounter comes from potential predators, which can be easily handled with a well-built base or decent Multi-tool weapon. The planets are covered in greenery, multiple water sources, and valuable resources. They often have floating islands and are exactly what someone may think of when they hear paradise.

Reddit user Chazzwazz set out to find the best Paradise Planet in No Man's Sky to build their base. Though rare, they can be easily located using a scan from space. Once located, a player will need to land to see if all their specific wants are met. Chazzwazz had strict requirements for the planet they were looking for, including blue water and blue sky only. The planet also needed to have floating islands. This resulted in more than 900 jumps to different systems to find such a lush planet.

No Man's Sky Player Planet Hops Until They Find Paradise

While exploration can be relaxing in No Man's Sky, 900 is a large number of systems to visit to find a planet to call home. There are methods to speed up the process, with other players commenting on Chazzwazz's thread that they found a Paradise Planet after visiting a handful of systems. No mention of a freighter was made in the initial post by Chazzwazz, but visiting numerous planets is far easier with the Scanner Room.

Even though No Man's Sky Worlds Part 1 didn't update Lush and Paradise Planets directly, the inclusion of new creatures, as well as planet/animal hybrids, could appear on those planets. This makes it easy and safe to explore some of the new features in the update. Without having to combat environmental conditions to survive, players may enjoy revisiting a Paradise Planet repeatedly.
